1. Search the student’s name by filling student ID number or the student’s name. Then, hit search button.
2. Click at to specify your request and numbers of documents needed.

If a message “Processes are complete” pops up, you can collect the documents at the administration office in the campus which your child is studying at.
5. On documents collection day, please bring 1.5-inch student photographs. Numbers of photographs must be equal to the numbers of documents requested.
The student’s appearance in the photograph must comply with the following conditions.
1. The student wears the school’s uniform.
2. The male student’s hair must be short and tidy. The female student’s hair must be worn in braids with the ears and forehead left opened. Hair ribbons color must be right with the student’s year level. Braids are put behind the shoulders. In case the female student’s hair is short, the hair must be made tidy and put behind the ears. The forehead must be left opened. Black barrettes can be used. Eyeglasses and all kinds of ornamentation are prohibited.
3. The school’s logo on the uniform must be clearly seen
4. Photographs must be recent and has not been taken over 6 months, and are not be taken by Polaroid cameras.
