Changing the timetable for Semester 2 Academic Year 2016
School will alter the timetable in Primary and Secondary after the holidays. The Primary Department will
decrease each lesson from 50 minutes to 45 minutes. The Secondary Department will decrease each lesson from
45 minutes to 40 minutes. The accumulated time, in both campuses will be used at the end of the day (period 8)
to practice for Christmas shows. Normal timetables will resume in the New Year.

Using your time wisely during the holidays
School has organised some October camps and has already informed parents about the dates and times.
There are still seats available on Art for Fun (KG1-3), Happy Wanderer Returns (Y4-8), Arts Camp (Y4-12) and Robot
Camp (Y5-7). School asks for all parents’ cooperation to encourage your children to use their time wisely. Students
should be supervised carefully when using online media and if students want to visit a friend’s house, parents should
ask fellow parents to help monitor their activities. If the school has any activities arranged (at school), a letter will be
sent home asking for permission. Please contact the office for confirmed if unsure. If any students participate in any
community activities, enter any competitions or do anything that showcases their talents, please send the details of the
activity with photo files and/or videos clips to admin@ektra.ac.th School would love to publish the details to the school’s
website, to show everyone what a great role model and inspiration they have been.
