Management evaluates the ability of the learner (NT).
The Office of Educational Testing under the Basic Education Commission tested the ability of the students of year 3 in 2013. The assessment focused on three areas: reading aloud, thinking and the ability to think and reason. This was done to plan for improvement of the students in this level.
