held in Ambassador City Jomtien, Pattaya, last 23rd July 2011.
Composed of 24 members, the Ektra Chorus, under the training of Mr.Giovanni Sornito,
Ms.Naomi Bernales and Ms.Joy Inion, participated in the Youth Choir (up to 19 years old of age) category.
They competed with Spy Voice (Indonesia) and University of the Philippines Rural High School Glee Club.
Both teams received silver medals as none of the teams reached the competition’s criterion.
There are 15 other groups from countries namely Indonesia, Philippines,
Guam and South Korea participating in this event.
The group is the only representative from the Thailand.
The competition was organized by the Festa Musicale of Czech Republic,
which conducts similar contests in other European countries.
