A Camp for developing Y.11

On November 3rd – 9th, 2013 Sarasas Ektra School took 157 Year 11 batch 15 students to attend a leadership development camp to instill morality and to help the community in 4 underprivileged schools which were Baan Boong Toey School, Baan Hlong Din Dum School, Baan Sra Num Sai School and Baan Nhong Jok.
The details are as follows:
◦ ◦Prepare teaching materials and books to children especially in English subjects and ASEAN.
◦ Organize Sport activities to strengthen relationships between children in all schools
◦ Develop school's facilities by building and painting the school buildings.
◦ Providing scholarships to underprivileged students. Each school is granted 10 scholarships, so
the totals are 40 scholarships (500 baht per 1 scholarship).
◦  Donate teaching equipment and sports equipment, etc. to students and schools.
◦ Participate in temple sermons adjacent to the school which are Wat Boong Toey, Wat Klong
Din Dum, Wat Sra Nam Sai, Wat Chaimongkol Inthararam and make offerings to dedicated to Buddhist monks.
◦ The materials and equipment used in the camp and donated to children have been sponsored by the donors, companies and stores including parents and students from both Primary and Secondary Departments.
◦ In addition to the activities in school, students had to work with the community in the farmers' fields. Students gain knowledge on how to make Lemon and have a chance to work in a real farm, weeding and shoveling, doing corn storage and driving tractors, etc.
◦ Finally, the last activity that students do together is to build up patience and discipline from the military training team of Kru Sua (SMG.Chaichai Suasakul from 3rd Infantry Battalion, 151 Department of Infantry, Joh Ai Rong, Narathiwat) and learn to live in the wild by the teacher Tong (Maj.Saisanong Pimsa, line of combat battalions, Special Warfare Center, Lopburi) which all the above activities are well achieved.
