National Children's Day is the secondary Saturday of January every year, in 2015 it was on the 10th January. This year the slogan of Children's Day was "With knowledge and morality comes a brighter future".

Sarasas Ektra School Primary Department hosted a Children's Day activity on Friday 9th January 2015. This year teachers would like students to enjoy and performed a drama with the teachers acting as students in school uniforms and dancing along to music as well. There were games from foreign teachers and a lucky draw of gifts for students. The atmosphere was full of students laughter and fun. Children's day rounded up by everyone having ice creams and a fried snack.
