Sarasas Ektra School

Christmas Celebration Day

On the 24th of December 2015 Sarasas Ektra School held a Christmas Celebration Day for students to have fun and to get into the Christmas spirit with games, snack booths and other activities.

During the morning activity, there was a parade honoring the Baby Jesus. Following this there was a Nativity play, a blessing from a priest and the students performed in some shows.

At the Infants Department, KG3 parents (supported by our Infants teachers) helped set up, decorate and run some games and booths for the students to enjoy. All students received prizes and small gifts, which were kindly donated by our KG3 parents.

At the Primary Department, some Thai and Foreign teachers dressed up as Santa Claus and Santa Rina took part in a fashion show. The students enjoyed the show.

During this occasion, both the Infants,Primary and Secondary Departments had small classroom parties for the students. Students brought snacks to share with their friends and teachers. During the party, students were encouraged to express their feelings of thankfulness and forgiveness to their peers and teachers as a New Year gift.

In the afternoon, students and teachers came down to the Crescent court to sing Christmas Carols such as ‘Joy to the world’ and ‘We wish you a merry Christmas’. Everyone received New Year blessings from the Management.
