This year for Chinese New Year, with help from our Chinese parents and students our Infants Department hosted a special New Year activity to celebrate the auspicious occasion. Students and teachers were invited to wear red clothes or traditional Chinese costumes appropriate for welcoming in the New Year.

           During morning assembly when all students were present, our Chinese parents presented a short show, singing and dancing to a Chinese New Year song. Much to our students’ delight parents also handed out little red bags; filled with special Chinese candies to make sure that the day was full of happiness and cheer.
