Our Infant Department introduced a Yoga activity during our morning assembly for all our students to exercise their mind and muscles in the morning every day before our morning classes start. This activity has been run and demonstrated by KG.2-3 classes, all students can watch and participate with their peers. Our exercises include many stances such as sitting, laying down, standing and also include songs and equipment used during our yoga classes, such as a ball. We aim to strengthen the muscles and the bodies of our students, so that they will be flexible and have good strong movements in each part of their body, such as their arms, legs, hips and shoulders.
