Reserve Officer Training Corps Students practice in the field

           this year the second year Reserve Officer Training Corps Students (Yr.11) and the third year Reserve Officer Training Corps students (Yr.12) of Sarasas Ektra School attended a training camp academic year 2015 in Khao Chonkai.
           There was 48 second year Reserve Officer Training Corps students (Yr.11) who attended the training from 25th -27th Jan. 2016. They listened to the seminar in topic called “the Nine Armies' Wars” and were trained in testing their spirits at 10 stations, training day-night battle and first aid.
           There were 56 third year Reserve Officer Training Corps students (Yr.12) who attended the training from 11th -15th Feb. 2016. They were trained on shooting a rifle using real bullets (shooting range estimate was 1,000 inches), first aid, training to create patriotic behaviour, day and night combat stay, forest living, offensives / defensive maneuvers, leading a troop, 34 foot tower jump, Posting internet messages to honor the King, paying respects to King Rama 1 at the top of Khao Chonkai and visiting the Nine Armies’ War Park in Kanchanaburi.
           The Reserve Officer Training Corps students practiced in the field to build support for soldiers and support Royal Thai Army in battle which in turn improves student discipline.
