On Monday July 9th, 2018, the primary and secondary departments organized student council elections for the academic year 2018. Through these processes students learnt about participation, democracy, and leadership. The details of the elections are as follows.

For primary department,  the results were as follows:
	1st Place    No. 4 Return Happiness to Ektra:	195 votes
	2nd Place    No. 2 Ektra Fight :	65 votes
	3rd Place     No. 6 Keep Going On Ektra:	27 votes

For secondary department,  the results were as follows:
	1st Place    No. 2 Ektra All 4 One:	314 votes
	2nd Place   No. 3 Ektra Moves Forward:	154 votes

               Additionally, an oath taking ceremony for the presidents of student council and student council members for the academic year 2018 was organized by primary and secondary departments. The details are as follows.

               - For the secondary department, the ceremony was organized on Tuesday July 31st. The ceremony was chaired by the Vice-director, Ms. Bussarat Kirdpermpul. Furthermore, the former secondary student council president of 2017, Mr.Vichayut Kanungchoti, participated in the ceremony and gave a speech to give morale to his juniors.

               - For the primary department, the ceremony was organized on Thursday August 2nd. In this occasion, the vice director, Mrs. Paweenrat Boonsawasd, delivered a speech to the council president and members. After this, the former primary student council president of 2017, Mstr. Kawinpob Amnuaywittayakul, participated in the ceremony and gave some recommendation to his juniors with his best wishes that the student council body successfully does its job throughout the year.
