On the 27th August 2016, the administrators of Sarasas Ektra School and the working team of the school’s van drivers’ club organised the meeting for the academic term 1, 2016. The idea was to inform the operators, the van drivers and the students’ caregivers of the policies used within the club, as well as other school policies, including anti-bullying and alcohol testing, for example. The attendees were given useful knowledge including how to drive safely, types of insurance, recommended practices if involved in an accident, and being service minded.
Speakers were as follows:
             • Pol. Lt. Nakin Inbamroong, Deputy Inspector of Traffic Division, Watphrayakrai Metropolitan Police Station on the topic of ‘ No accident if we are careful enough’
             • A representative from an inurance company on the topic of ‘Recommended actions when having an accident - the value of having an insurance policy’
             • Ms Paweenrat Boonsawat, the Director of the Kindergarten Department, on the topic of ‘Being service-minded’

             At the end, all of the speakers were given souvenirs, followed by a group photograph and having lunch together.
